Returns

Every FoxyBae product is created to the highest standards and thoroughly checked before it is unleashed. But if, for any reason, you need to return a FoxyBae product, we'll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible.

Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Refunds take 7-14 business days to be processed after your item has been received. All items must be undamaged and in the same condition as received. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To initiate a return, contact customer service at support@foxybae.com and we will be happy to assist you.

IMPORTANT:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging.
  • If items are returned and are found to be damaged or not in their original condition, you will receive a partial refund or no refund at all.
  • Returns must be received at our warehouse within 45 days of the date of delivery.
  • We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Warranty

FoxyBae offers a 1-year warranty from date of purchase against defects caused by faulty material or workmanship. Not covered by this guarantee are damages caused by improper handling, such as the dropping of the product or deliberate misuse. FoxyBae will repair or replace (at FoxyBae’s sole discretion) the product at its expense. In the event of a defective product, FoxyBae will replace your item with a new one. Refunds will not be issued as part of FoxyBae’s guarantee, only replacements or repairs.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

If you have used an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP (support@foxybae.com), as we are able to help only if your order has not processed or shipped. Please note: there is a very small window where we are able to change or cancel orders, and it is not guaranteed that we will be able to fulfill your request.
