Returns

Every FoxyBae product is crafted with the highest standards and carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you need to return an item, we strive to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 7-14 business days, with a $10 return fee deducted from the refund amount. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition to be eligible.

Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

IMPORTANT RETURN GUIDELINES:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• A $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
• If a returned item is found to be damaged, used, or not in its original condition, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.
• Returns must be received at our warehouse within 45 days of delivery to be eligible for processing.
• Refunds take 7-14 business days to process once the item is received.
• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Warranty

FoxyBae offers a 1-year warranty from date of purchase against defects caused by faulty material or workmanship. Not covered by this guarantee are damages caused by improper handling, such as the dropping of the product or deliberate misuse. FoxyBae will repair or replace (at FoxyBae’s sole discretion) the product at its expense. In the event of a defective product, FoxyBae will replace your item with a new one. Refunds will not be issued as part of FoxyBae’s guarantee, only replacements or repairs.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

If you have used an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP (support@foxybae.com), as we are able to help only if your order has not processed or shipped. Please note: there is a very small window where we are able to change or cancel orders, and it is not guaranteed that we will be able to fulfill your request.
